CHEMIGUARD underbench safety cabinets are entirely realized using laser-cut steel sheets, bended by means of cold processes and then epoxy powder coated in thermal tunnel. The epoxy powder coating gives cabinets very good resistance against corrosion, ensuring durability across the time. The cabinets are realized with sheets coupling technique, making their structure extremely solid and reliable, so that even the heaviest containers can be safely stored with ease. Swing doors with 110° opening angle allow easy access to the internal storage area, and make the installation and removal of shelves and drip trays very easy. Magnetic devices ensure the complete closure of the doors, all equipped with splits to allow clean air to enter inside the cabinet. Before entering, the air passes through a dust-filter, ensuring the preservation of the cabinet’s interior, together with all its content. Internal shelves and drip trays are realized using epoxy powder painted steel, and their height can be adjusted to house containers of all different dimensions. A special system is installed to collect all liquids accidentally spilled from trays. The cabinets lay on the floor through isolating rubber feet, allowing height regulations. Cabinets are equipped with a locking device and a key. This is an under-bench cabinets and is equipped with an opening socket, having no protrusions for security reasons. This model is equipped with Lexan transparent windows on the doors, in order to see the cabinet interior.
