Description

Product description Trofolastin Scar Reducer is a polyurethane dressing designed to reduce and improve the appearance of scars caused by plastic or reconstructive breast surgery, as well as recent or old hypertrophic breast scars or inverted periareolar or 'T' keloids. The dressing consists of two layers: an outer microporous polyurethane membrane and an inner adhesive acrylic film for easy skin attachment. It is waterproof, flexible, and can be trimmed to fit the desired area. The dressing reduces scar height, softens color, and reduces discomfort. It does not contain any medication and acts through a physical mechanism that increases pressure on the scar and modifies the humidity under the dressing, promoting correct collagen fiber disposition. Care instructions: Clean the skin area, apply the dressing to the scar, secure with the adhesive acrylic film, protect from the sun, trim as needed, and replace when necessary. Directions 1. Clean the skin area. 2. Apply the Trofolastin Scar Reducer dressing to the scar. 3. Secure the dressing with the adhesive acrylic film. 4. Protect the dressing from the sun. 5.
