Description

The versatile plancha BBQ Elite by Cuisinart is the ideal device for any occasion to quickly and easily prepare larger quantities of food. Thanks to the interchangeable grill and roasting plates, you can use the plancha BBQ Elite for almost all recipes, such as grilling meat and fish or to fry vegetables. The extra large non-stick surface of the plancha BBQ Elite is perfect for a variety of recipes. The plate is fully removable and dishwasher safe for easy cleaning and easy storage. In addition, the plate heats up very quickly and keeps the selected temperature constant for perfect results. Dual temperature control allows both sides of the plate to be heated to different temperatures and maintain them constantly at a level of 90°C-260°C. Ideal for lightly frying barbecue vegetables on one side, for example, while on the other side, a steak is seared sharply. In addition, ready-made food can be perfectly kept warm with the plancha BBQ Elite. Excess oil is collected by an integrated drip tray. The opening can also be closed using a supplied plug if you cook with marinades or sauces and want to prevent liquids from drainage.
