Pferd DF1152/100 D151 diamond workshop files are used in large tool construction. Diamond workshop files are supplied with ergonomic file handle. Profile: semi-circular tip. Cross section with configuration: 12 x 4 mm. Total length: 100 mm. Surface length: 85 mm. Grain size: D 151. Machined materials: hardened steels, tool steels, carbide, technical ceramics, glass, ferrite, nickel and titanium base alloys, graphite, electric charcoal. Processing tasks: EquEquEquEquEquDeBurSurface processing, edge processing, chamfering, rounding, removing oxide layers, cleaning, simpling. Recommended use: file with little pressure, especially on edges. Added diamond files can be cleaned in petroleum or anti-static plastic cleaner with a file brush. Alternatively, ultrasonic cleaning can also be carried out. Often simple knocking is enough. Work as fat-free as possible
