Product Description Bazuka Extra Strength Treatment Gel works to soften the hard skin growth, making it easier to remove with a pumice stone or emery board and help kill the virus that causes warts and verrucas. Bazuka Extra Strength Treatment Gel forms a water-resistant, protective barrier to help stop the further spread of painful verrucas and warts and eliminating the need to use verruca socks or verruca plasters. Verrucas are common and most people will have a verruca or wart at least once in their life, usually before the age of 20. Verrucas and warts are an infection of the skin and are actually caused by the same virus - huma papilloma virus (HPV) which is highly contagious. Delaying treatment can make them harder to get rid of and they can become painful to touch, so identifying and treating them promptly is key. *Based on Nielsen IQ MAT value and unit sales 28.12.2024. **Bazuka Extra Strength Gel and Bazuka Extra Strength Treatment Gel contain 26% salicylic acid. Ingredients The active ingredient is salicylic acid 26.0% w/w. The other ingredients are camphor, povidone, pyroxylin, ethanol, acetone and isopropyl alcohol. Directions 1. SOAK AND DRY Soak the affected area in warm water for 2 to 3 minutes. Dry the area thoroughly, using your own towel to avoid spreading infection. 2. APPLY Carefully apply a thin coating (one or two drops) of the gel to the top of the wart or verruca. 3. PEEL OR PICK The next evening, carefully peel or pick off the white patch of dried gel from the wart or verruca. Then repeat steps 1 and 2. 4. GENTLY RUB Once every week, before applying fresh gel, gently rub the wart or verruca with the emery board provided or a pumice stone. For full directions, see the enclosed package leaflet.
