Remove the massage cushion from its packaging. 2. Connect it to a power source. 3. Select one of the two massage directions. 4. Turn on the massage cushion by pressing the hand switch. 5. Place the massage cushion on the desired body part (e.g. shoulders, neck, back or legs). 6. Use the strap to fix the cushion to a chair if desired. 7.
