The Ebac Powerdri is the powerful and competent drying solution, ideally suited to DIY enthusiasts and trade use. Compact and extremely robust the Powerdri makes easy work of immediate damp and mould problems. With the ability to remove up to 18 litres of water per day, the Ebac Powerdri comes fully equipped with a permanent drainage kit to ensure it makes easy work of DIY situations (drying plaster/paint) and can confidently be left in unoccupied properties to prevent the build up of damp and mould. Your Powerdri also comes equipped with a castor kit to enable easy manoeuvrability and exact positioning exactly where required. Add a Bactiguard filter to your Powerdri and it will also ensure any unoccupied property doesn't have a build up of musty smells and harmful bacteria. Designed for the UK Climate Dehumidifiers manufactured in the Far East are designed to extract at warmer and more humid temperatures, around 320C 90% RH. Ebac dehumidifiers are engineered for optimum performance at lower temperatures and humidity's typically found in the UK. Our lower temperature, Hydrophilic Refrigeration Coil extracts more water from the air even at colder temperatures. Backed up by the 2012 'Which?' dehumidifier report, it's proven that our dehumidifiers extract the most amount of water at both high and low temperatures. Hydrophilic Coils Ebac dehumidifiers are refrigerated coil based dehumidifiers. The dehumidifier makes the coil surface very cold to attract moisture which is then condensed onto the coils, frozen and then defrosted off into a water container. Ebac's unique hydrophilic coated coil means water runs off the coils quickly, therefore up to 40% more water can be extracted without more electricity being consumed. Intelligent Defrost All dehumidifier coils freeze and need to periodically defrost to allow them to continue to extract excess moisture. Ebac's patented Intelligent Defrost system can predict when the Hydrophilic coils are about to freeze therefore suspending the refrigeration process allowing the coils to defrost. This gives a much more efficient defrost cycle for a higher performance and energy efficient dehumidifier. Adjustable Humidistat An easy to use, adjustable dial allows you to find the perfect setting for your home by continuously changing the level of humidity the unit works to. This also enables you to adjust the humidistat for specific duties such as drying plaster, paint or laundry. Adjustable fan speed Adjust the speed of the fan to suit your needs. For optimum power and extraction turn the fan up to its highest setting, for quieter, everyday operation turn the fan to its lowest setting. Container full cut off The 6100 uses a automatic cut off when the water container reaches its maximum capacity and lets you know with a container full light, so you don't need to worry about when you will need to empty the water container. Castors Simple to attach the castors provide easy manoeuvrability of your dehumidifier.
