Description

Spherical Roller Bearings: -Spherical roller bearings are self-aligning bearings and accommodate radial as well as thrust loads they are mounted primarily in applications where no high axial guiding accuracy is required. They are applied in converters as roll bearings in gears roller tables adjusting mechanisms and continuous casting plants. Spherical roller bearings are available in various designs (open sealed un-split or split). Sealed spherical roller bearings offer:-The rolls in continuous casting plants are mostly supported in spherical roller bearings. They are usually lubricated with grease (up to 100 t per year). The use of sealed spherical roller bearings reduces the grease consumption by up to 75%. This is cost-effective. Sizes: - d= 85.000 mm D= 180.000 mm W= 41.000 mm.
