Stockfish Cod is very similar to the Stockfish tusk, only difference is that it is a lot harder to bite. In some african cities, it is preffered to have a firmer type of stockfish in stews. According to the Nigerian Igbo tribes, stockfish is known as 'okporoko' which literally translates to 'that which produces sound in the pot'.
