Description

The pebble design of the Exo Terra Waterfall brings the natural look of a small, cascading stream into living room. Often used by reptiles and amphibians to hydrate these little waterfalls and streams are an important feature in every tropical environment. The cascading water stimulates the natural drinking behavior of lizards. Cleaning is easy as the waterfall can be dismantled into several parts. An Exo Terra Repti Flo pump is included to provide water circulation. As a safety measure for smaller chameleons and frogs, small stones or gravel may be added to the collection tank. Organic waste should be removed from the collection tank at regular intervals to keep the water clean. Tap water should be treated with Aquatize to remove chlorine and heavy metals. Adding Biotize will help to keep the water cleaner longer as well as promoting necessary beneficial bacteria and reducing odours associated with decaying waste.
