The Yaesu FTA-550 is packed with features but very affordable. The FTA-550 Airband Transceiver features an oversized full-point matrix LCD display and provides full communication via the Aircraft Communications Band, and also offers VOR and ILS navigation functions on the "NAV" tape. The FTA-550 features NOAA weather band monitoring and the ability to program up to 200 memory channels with a quick and easy cable call function. The brand new, easy-to-use menu system is icon-controlled, making it easy to navigate through all the powerful features this transceiver has to offer. In addition, the FTA-550 can be reprogrammed in minutes with the optional PC programming software and the included USB programming cable.
