Taking inspiration from the illicit gins concocted in bathtubs in the 1920's, they found a small batch handcrafted method to add more flavour. First, we distil an already delicious London Dry Gin and then the magic happens. We cold-infuse orange peel and five other fresh botanicals in our tried and tested double infusion to deliver an unmistakable taste, leading with bold juniper and lingering notes of cardamom. Our Navy-Strength edition boasts a higher ABV that the original Bathtub GIn and packs a big botanical punch thanks to the ‘bashing up’ (technical term) of the botanicals to release more flavour. The story goes that the term Navy-Strength was the result of the British Navy demanding gin to be bottled at 57 Percent abv so that if it was accidentally splashed on gunpowder, the powder would still ignite. It was more likely that it was a weight-saving measure but that's not as fun now is it? Every bottle is hand wrapped, strung and dipped in Tonbridge, Kent - and we've been doing this since day dot. Yes, it takes longer and has to be made in smaller batches but we know this creates the best tasting, best looking gin out there. But don't just take our word for it!
