For what started as a grocer’s shop in the village of Crosshills well over a century ago has now grown into a business of worldwide renown. Ingredients Ingredients: Fondant 64% (sugar, glucose syrup. water, violet flavour, colour: anthocyanins, stabiliser: invertase), Plain chocolate 36% (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: SOYA lecithin).
