All of our water tubes have a conveniently placed, leak-proof valve that is easy to fill with a garden hose. Water tubes keep your pool cover in place all winter long. Water tubes should be filled half-way to prevent popping caused by expansion if the water freezes. 12 Pack. Safety Warning Always install the pool cover according to the manufacturer's instructions. Fill water tubes halfway to prevent damage from freezing. Never allow children or pets to play on the pool cover. Always remove the pool cover when not in use. Store the pool cover in a dry place when not in use. Do not expose the pool cover to excessive sunlight or weather conditions.
