Description

Caution: GÜDE knives are extremely sharp. Do not work with the blade directed towards your finger or hand. For long-lasting sharpness, the knife should be sharpened regularly. A whetstone, sharpening rod or similar is suitable for this. The knives should not be put in the dishwasher, even though some knives are dishwasher-safe.

Key Features

The Alpha series offers the largest variety of models from the GÜDE brand in Solingen. The unmistakable double bolster is the trademark of the GÜDE series. The finely polished black handle is made of robust Hostaform (POM) and is very easy to clean.

GÜDE is one of the last German knife manufacturers to rely on perfect craftsmanship. The knife was manufactured in up to 55 working steps in the traditional way. The optimised ice-hardened chrome-vanadium-molybdenum knife steel was utilized.

The forged larding knife is used for preparing small foods such as herbs, fruit or vegetables. The knife is a small all-rounder in the kitchen and is therefore used universally.

The knives are forged in one piece and hardened to approx. 58 HRC, making them ideal for cutting. Due to the many manual operations, there are minimal deviations in the measurements. The blade length is 8 cm
