Since UV radiation generally has a danger potential and the UV intensity at 10 cm distance is 5 times higher than at 30 cm distance, the UV content has been deliberately reduced. The spectrum has been adapted to the natural conditions in forest regions.

The colour temperature is 4000 K and is therefore significantly warmer than the daylight of the Bright Sun UV Desert. Tests have shown that tropical lizards such as water agamen prefer the warmer light of the Bright Sun UV Jungle to the daylight of the Bright Sun UV Desert, regardless of the UV content.
