'Saeta' Knife Block Set (6 Piece) by Arcos. The elegance of the shape and subtle curves give the series of knives Saeta an agile and dynamic style. These exclusive and professional knives are forged from a single piece of hardened steel, using the exclusive and high quality steel NITRUM by Arcos. The high-carbon forged stainless steel blades together with the Polyoxymethylene (POM) handles make these knives extremely resistant to impact, abrasion and solvents, and able to withstand extremely high and low temperatures. This 6-piece set of Saeta knives consists of (blade length in mm): 1 x Bread Knife (210 mm). 1 x Chef's Knife (200 mm). 1 x Chef's Knife (155 mm). 1 x Paring Knife (100 mm). 1 x Honing Steel (250 mm). 1 x Kitchen Scissors. 1 x Knife Block made of varnished Beechwood.
