It can therefore enable the user to live more independently. The NRS Easy Fit Bed Rail is suitable for use on slatted and divan beds. It is supplied in two sections that are easily clipped together without the use of tools; the base section features four non-slip collars to reduce movement under the mattress and the grip section has an innovatively shaped, ergonomically designed handle which provides a range of grip positions. It is made from sturdy chrome and plastic coated steel; the base section is chrome coated and this would go under your mattress and the grip section is white plastic coated, designed to be unobtrusive in the bedroom. The NRS Easy Fit Bed Rail is fitted with anti-slip tubing and under normal circumstances does not need to be strapped to the bed. The rail itself is suitable for beds from single to king size. This bed rail is supplied with straps to give you the option of a more secure fixing when fitting to the bed, but please note the supplied strap is only designed for use with single beds. The bed rail is available separately without the strap if it is not required. The NRS Easy Fit Bed Rails should be cleaned regularly by wiping it down with a soft cloth and a mild detergent/disinfectant solution. The base measures 70cm (27.5”) wide and 60cm (23.5”) long. The rail height is 50cm (19.75”). This item is not suitable for those weighing more than 160 kg (25 stone). This device is only suitable for adult use, therefore it is not suitable for use by or with young children. It is not designed for use with profiling beds.
