Old variomatik defective or just want a little more performance? Good things don't always have to be insanely expensive. The racing Carenzi sports variomatic from TNT from France offers excellent performance and spare part in one. Thanks to optimised roller raceways for the variomatic weights and an optimised climbing surface, the switching behaviour changes to very linear and allows a much better starting behaviour and a slightly increased acceleration. Over the course of many thousand kilometres, the original variator will work into its barrel bushing. Due to the resulting V-belt abrasion, this 'rubber stretch' likes to be fixed on the bushings and the variomatic no longer switches clean. Acceleration losses and losses in top speed are often the consequences! Cleaning usually helps only for a few kilometres before the engine run leaves to be desired. In addition, the TNT Vario comes in an elegant, black design and includes 3 full-fledged sets of variomatic weights for tuning. As usual, perfect workmanship of variator, barrel socket and raceways.
