Directions How to use Hush Plugz Silicone Earplugs: 1. Remove the earplugs from their packaging. 2. Before using, ensure hands are clean to avoid contamination. 3. Roll the earplug between thumb and forefinger to soften it and make it more pliable. 4. Reach over the ear and gently pull upwards to straighten the ear canal. 5. Carefully insert the earplug into the ear canal, taking care not to push it in too far. 6. Twist the earplug gently to ensure a snug fit and to create a seal. 7. To remove the earplug, gently twist it while slowly pulling it out of the ear. 8. After use, clean the earplugs with warm soapy water and allow to dry before storing in the re-usable carry case.
