Key Features

On the nose it is elegant and aromatic, cooked agave fully expresses leading to butterscotch and olive overtones. The palate picks up peppercorn along with a fine mixture of herbal notes like spearmint and aniseed as well as citrus. Long and slightly sweet finish.
