Directions Take 2 capsules approximately 2 hours after breakfast and 2 capsules 30-60 minutes before physical activity. On days without physical activity, take 2 capsules before lunch and 2 capsules before dinner. Safety Warning Do not use this product if you are pregnant or nursing. The product is not designed for children. Keep away from children. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose!
