THE PROCESS - The Agave is cooked traditionally in brick wood fired ovens for Mexican authenticity; distilling in both Sauternes casks and Cognac barrels is the French touch, adding roundness and aromatic fruity notes to the flavour

TASTING NOTES - The nose is powerful, vibrant and complex, with fruity aromas; peppery notes dominate on the palate, with hints of spice; finally a persistent and gently oaked finish; enjoy in a Margarita; enjoy as a shot or in a Margarita
