Fine adjustments may be obtained for quick and accurate settings with the knurled thumb screw. Fowler Surface Gage a popular tool for layout, transfer and measurement work. The base of Fowler's Surface Gage is hardened throughout and features a V-groove for use on round shafts or flat surfaces. Fine adjustment of the spindle may be made to any angle above or below the base. Retractable pins in base are for work on flat surfaces. Clamp can also hold test indicator stems. It has base height 1.1” X Base Width 2.5” X Base Length 3.8. This product has 1 year warranty offered by Fowler High Precision, an American company.
