Product Description The Garmin Edge 810 is an advanced touchscreen GPS bike computer for performance-minded cyclists. It has a 2.6” rugged and customisable colour touchscreen display to enable you to quickly find and view the most important data. Designed for performance cycling, the Edge 810 provides comprehensive ride data including speed, distance, time, heart rate, cadence, elevation, location and personal records. The Edge 810 includes training and motivational features including Virtual Partner, interval training, courses, alerts and workouts. It shows advanced heart rate-based calorie computation and provides heart rate zone training, supporting five heart rate zones and seven power zones. Using ANT+™ wireless technology, the heart rate monitor, GSC™ 10 speed/cadence bike sensor or ANT+ enabled power meter will communicate your heart rate and ride data to your Edge 810. The Edge 810 is compatible with optional detailed street or Ordnance Survey® maps, so it can guide your ride for touring, commuting or extended activities where you might need onboard maps and navigation. It includes a microSD™ card slot for storage of workout data and additional map detail using preprogrammed City Navigator® or Topo cards for mapping. This dedicated cycling device gives you a dynamic ride experience and offers connected features through your smartphone. It allows you to connect with the social world and share and receive data, all from the road. The connected features include instant uploads and downloads to Garmin Connect™, live tracking, social media sharing and weather information. The Garmin Edge 810 tracks the data from your ride and sends it to your phone and the Garmin Connect™ Mobile app via Bluetooth® connection. This setup saves your phone battery and your phone stays protected, while still providing you and your followers access to the valuable, comprehensive and accurate ride data captured by your Edge 810. The Garmin Edge 810 also offers activity profiles, allowing you to configure data fields and device settings based on the types of riding that you do, and lets you switch between them by simply pressing the touchscreen. It also has a barometric altimeter for precise elevation, gradient, ascent and descent data. It’s compatible with GPS and GLONASS satellites for faster satellite acquisition and improved signal lock, even in challenging conditions.
