VERSATILE DESIGN: This hard-wearing CNC machined compact grade high pressure laminate jig is 12mm thick and suitable for up to 900mm wide worktops. It features fixed lengths for various sizes and can cut worktops up to 40mm thick with or without anti-drip postformed edges.

MULTIPLE JOINT OPTIONS: Left-hand and right-hand corners, 400mm and 100mm radius peninsular joints, 45-degree end cuts with slight radius, 45-degree trade corner solution for hob units, 40mm and 35mm radius corners, and even kitchen door and mixer tap holes can be created.

USER-FRIENDLY SETUP: The jig comes with engraved lines for short bolts, worktop cross-cuts, and identification of pin holes. It includes 10mm diameter plastic pins with tapered shoulders for a tight fit, ensuring ease of setup. The included clamps securely hold the worktop in place during routing.

COMPATIBILITY REQUIREMENTS: A portable plunge router is required with a 12.7mm (1/2 inch) shank capacity and a minimum of 1300 watts. Additionally, a 30mm template guide bush and a TCT router cutter with a 12.7mm (1/2 inch) diameter and 50mm (2 inch) cut length.
