It improves durability, strength and heat distribution versus the standard stainless steel, and solves inconveniences of other collections. Artic lids are a good example of this philosophy: depending on how they are placed, they allow keep the casseroles fully closed or leave them semi opened to release steam. Or the product handles, which have been thought to hold each element at once, avoiding either piece being dropped when the product is used.

3-Ply Trimetal Induction stainless steel structure. Full aluminium core for maximum conductivity and even heat distribution.

Convenient handles to hold all elements at once and prevent any individual piece from falling when the product is moved.

Reversible lid with two functions: fully closed to retain steam and partially closed allowing steam to escape.

High resistance to boiling water, oil, detergent, abrasion, corrosion, scratches and dishwashing effects.

Suitable for all cooking surfaces, even induction cook tops. Oven safe up to 250°C.
