The traditional Spanish company Airsal manufactures very high-quality cylinder kits in its own factory. Thanks to decades of experience in cylinder construction, tuning kits are obtained here with a very good performance increase but also maximum durability at the same time. Ultimately, this is not only realized by e.g. the aluminium construction with extra hard-coated raceway. The selection of other components such as pistons and piston rings is always only of the very first quality. Furthermore, Airsal can supply the individual parts such as gasket sets, piston rings, bolts, etc. From Airsal we offer you very good aluminium sports cylinders, which offer a much better heat dissipation than cast iron cylinders. In addition, its hard-coated raceway is extremely robust and stands for long durability! In terms of performance, we are at the level of Polini or Malossi Sport in the 50cc Sport, the 70cc Alu Sport cylinders achieve performances like the same as the DR Evo. Larger carburetor is not necessarily necessary; however, the main jet should be adjusted. Delivered without cylinder head, the original must be used further!
