The Robot Coupe CL50 is one of the premier vegetable preparation machines in production. Versatility is one of the key aspects to this machine. By using officially licenced discs and accessories, you'll be able to slice, dice, grate and produce julienne cuts with remarkable ease. Like many units in the Robot Coupe range, the CL50 also features a main hopper for spherical and 'conventional' shaped vegetables and a narrow, chute-like hopper for more cylindrical vegetables such as carrots, courgettes and cucumbers. It also has a lid lever activated automatic restart function, which allows safe preparation to resume as soon as the hopper has been filled. The CL50 also has what is called a 'clean lid' design which prevents the accumulation of food in any recess.
