Demoiselle is designed to be an aesthetic revolution in Champagne, the very first shaped bottle in Champagne. Founded in 1985 after the acquisition of the Chateau de Castaignes known as 'Les Demoiselles'. In 2004 the renovation of the Villa Demoiselle, an Art Nouveau masterpiece in Reims begins. Completed in 2009 it now houses a number of outstanding Art Nouveau pieces, as well as the 'Millesimes d'Or' a unique collection of vintage champagnes from the 19th, 20th & 21st Centuries.
