ZWILLING has developed the MIYABI knife sharpener as a convenient alternative to the MIYABI grinding stones. Because the sharpening angle is fixed, it is easy to use. Thanks to the six silicone nubs, the knife sharpener remains safely in place. The ergonomic handle made of easy-to-clean plastic is suitable for both right- and left-handed users. Hand protection for safe operation. The knife sharpener is suitable for all MIYABI knives as well as other high-quality knives (except serrated). Application: The blade is then drawn through the diamond-coated roller - where it receives a basic grinding. For the finishing touch and a polishing, the blade is then drawn through the ceramic roller several times. Can be used whenever your knife starts to become dull.
