The greatest sorcerers of the kingdom have gathered at the heart of the Argos forest, where the legendary tournament of the 12 seasons is taking place. At the end of the three year competition, the new archmage of the kingdom of Xidit will be chosen from amoung the competitors. Take your place wizard! Directions Enter the legendary three-year tournament to become the new Archmage of Xidit! In Seasons, you become one of the greatest sorcerers of the realm. Your goal is to gain the most victory points by gathering elemental energy, summoning familiars and magic items, and using your resources to harness the powers of the seasons themselves. If you can amass enough crystals and symbols of prestige, you can claim victory over your rival mages. Carefully consider your available spells, call upon the powers of the elements, and become Xidit's new Archmage in Seasons! The game consists of two phases: the Prelude and the Tournament. In the Prelude, players draft cards to establish their 9-card deck for the main part of the game. Once the Prelude is complete, each player separates their 9 cards into 3 packs of 3 cards and begins the Tournament phase. At the beginning of each round in the Tournament, a player rolls the seasons dice (dice = number of players +1). These dice offer various actions such as increasing your gauge, harvesting energy, crystallizing energy, and drawing new cards. The goal is to choose the new archmage of the kingdom of Xidit by gaining the most victory points calculated at the end of the game. Safety Warning not appropriate for children under the age of 3
