2 7/8" , (2.875"), (73mm) (Nikasil Engine Cylinder, Aluminum Oxide Flex-Hone for all engine applications utilizing a 2.550" to 2.900" or 68mm to 75mm bore. 240 GRIT - Brand new sealed in package Nikasil engine cylinder ALUMINUM OXIDE flex-hone. - Designed to work with Nikasil coated cylinders with bores from 2.55" to 2.900". - Perfect for aluminum cylinders electro-deposited with Oleophilic Nickel Matrix Silicon Carbide or Nikasil, coated blocks. - Made in USA by the one of the best cylinder hone manufacturers, FLEX-HONE. - 240 grit, EXCELLENT for re-ringing jobs or final bore. - Tool is labeled as 2 7/8" diameter but is actually slightly large to apply the required wall force for a 2 7/8" cylinder bore - Tool is self centering and is easy to use (email us for instructions if unfamiliar) - Tool can be used with a 3/8" or 1/2" chuck portable drill or drill press
