MILL FOR DRY ROCK SALT: The Bistro salt mill is specifically designed to grind dry salt crystals, also known as rock salt, that are smaller than 4 mm in size. It is not suitable for use with moist salt, even if dried.

CUSTOM GRIND SETTING: With the adjuster button located on the head of the mill, you can adjust the grind size to your liking, from fine to coarse. Simply turn the button to change the setting.
