Description

Heavy duty crimping pliers made of forged and particularly hardened special steel. The press contours of the REMS press pliers are system-specific and correspond to the press contours of the respective press fitting systems. This means perfectly system-compliant, safe pressing. Press jaws of the crimping pliers with high-precision incorporated and machine-precisely rounded press contour on CNC machining centres. This means significantly lower manufacturing tolerances than with only cast press contour. REMS press pliers / press rings with press contour M, V, SA, B, RN and UP have each incorporated a specific marking into the press contour, which leaves a permanent print directly on the pressed fitting after the pressing process. This allows the user to check even after the pressing process whether the suitable crimping pliers or the suitable press ring has been used to produce the press connection
