Martell V.S. fine cognac spirit has a light golden colour with an aroma that is mild and gentle and a taste that is fruity with a hint of wood. A fresh, harmonious cognac of vigorous character. It smells like rich fruit and spice notes framed by freshness: citrus, fresh pear and saffron. It tastes woody and spicy notes with a pleasant freshness and a velvety texture. A number one cognac for mixing. Works wonders with tonic and ginger and just about anything else your heart requires. Works perfectly well on its own too. Prepared using Eaux-De-Vie aged for two years on average. Martell VS is seen as a bright young cognac. It is fresh, fruity side makes it an ideal base when preparing cocktails.
