Planam work wear not only excels through outstanding quality and practical design features, but is also perfectly tailored to the needs of all industries. The best example is our range for work in cold storage and deep-freeze warehouses. Benefit from these extras: ideal certified heat insulation, functional cuts enabling complete freedom of movement and comfort, many practical details that make working easier, plus reflective tape 3MTM for good visibility in twilight or semi-darkness. The ambient temperature in a cold storage warehouse can be as low as -39°C. To ensure that workers feel comfortable in this arctic climate, we use top-quality materials that offer the best all-round thermal protection even after an eight-hour day. Certification to EN 342:2004 documents the clothing’s high standard of quality and safety. Temperatures in the deep-freeze warehouse can reach -49°C. As the mercury falls, the demands placed on heat-insulating clothing rise. That’s why we have given extra insulation to this special range – even if testing and certification guidelines are the same as those for cold storage work wear. Good is simply not good enough for us and so we offer an especially innovative solution: 3MTM Insulation – a modern fibre technology whose functional and insulating properties set new standards. The combination of a single layer of polyester padding and the double layer of 3MTM Insulation has created a unique product. The cold doesn’t stand a chance.
