THE BRAND: Behind the APS brand is a traditional German company that has had in-depth knowledge of the production of catering and serving items for decades. The family business is already in its fourth generation. APS sells products from the buffet, tabletop and bar sectors worldwide.
USE: Gastronorm containers are used for transporting, serving and storing food. Due to the good conductivity of the stainless steel, they are also suitable for cooling and keeping warm. They are suitable for chafing dishes, steamers, bain marie, saladette and food warmers.
MATERIAL: All containers are made of rust-proof chrome-nickel stainless steel with an electrolytically polished (satin matt) surface and are therefore perfectly suited for professional use.
