Product Description The Rubbermaid Commercial Brute dome top is a round, HDPE trash can top for use with the Rubbermaid Commercial Brute 2643 trash can (sold separately). HDPE (high-density polyethylene) is stronger than LDPE (low-density polyethylene) and resists moisture and certain chemicals. This dome top is designed to snap securely onto the garbage can and has a spring-action door that closes shut when released. An ultraviolet (UV) stabilizer minimizes fading and discoloring. This product meets National Sanitation Foundation (NSF)/American National Standards Institute (ANSI) Standard 21 for the indoor or outdoor storage of refuse.Trash cans are used for the disposal and temporary storage of garbage.
