Movement of upper and lower part absolutely free of play due to precision-machined dovetail guide. Reliable guidance even when wide open. High impact resistance and long service life. Special jaw safeguard, ensuring the position of the jaws does not change when subject to impact stress. Top slide can be adjusted exactly due to smooth running spindle drive that is free of play. Parallelism of the jaws in toolmaker quality, even after years of use. Easy to convert from fixed to a rotating version. Opens rearwards.
