About C-12 Quick Release Clamp The C-12 is a 2.5" long Arca-Swiss style quick release pliers. It is designed to be attached to a tripod head or other camera mount equipment (e.g. Ball head, monopod, shoulder, etc.), giving you an attachment point for all your cameras and lenses that have compatible Arca-Swiss style plates. Quick release plates are sold separately. The C-12 replaces our C-10 clamp. The geometry of the C-12's central mounting holes, combined with the large selection of fasteners that come with the clamp, allows you to securely attach the clamp to a variety of equipment much wider than any other clamp on the market. It is important to use the removal and installation instructions on our trepodhead.com/products/C12-compatibility.cfm clamp compatibility section to determine which fasteners are needed for your particular application.
