The special waveform design gives the side of the bit A lower surface area reducing friction considerably which, in turn, reduces the amount of power used to drive the bit. This lower friction reduces the risk of burning and allows the bit to be run at a higher speed making cutting much faster and more efficient. It also has the extra benefit of keeping the bits sharper for longer. Produced in Germany From high carbon steel, these bits have side channels and razor sharp edges making them capable of precise, tear free cuts in softwoods, hardwoods, plywood and plastic laminated boards. Available in a range of diameters from 12mm, These bits have an overall length of 90mm, A cutting depth of 57mm and the 12mm - 30mm bits have 8mm shanks, 32mm - 50mm have 10mm shanks and the 55mm - 60mm have 12mm shanks.
