Description

This worklight is equipped with a 35 W D1S xenon bulb. Thanks to Xenon technology, the worklight generates 250% more light with 35% lower energy consumption (compared to a 55 W halogen bulb), and lasts 5 times longer than a halogen bulb. Due to the daylight-like light colour, objects can be perceived more easily and naturally in the dark. The brightness remains constant, even with fluctuating on-board voltages between 9 - 16 V for 12 V units and 18 - 32 V for 24 V units. The black lamp housing of this robust worklight is made of glass fibre reinforced, acid and corrosion resistant plastic . For versions with ballast of the 4. Generation, the ballast unit can be separated from the worklight. The tempered glass diffuser pane is protected by a pre-positioned glass retaining frame. All steel parts are made of Nirosta (316 stainless), i.e. seawater resistant. The bracket system ensures optimal adjustability and offers a stable four-point attachment. A special damping system patented by HELLA in the base of the worklight protects the xenon bulb from vibrations. This makes this worklight suitable for extreme applications such as mounting on construction machinery.

The new compact design by integrating the ballast into the worklight housing makes it easier to install the headlamps.

Due to the 2.5 times higher luminous efficacy with approx. 35% lower power consumption, there is a wider illumination of the working area.

The high colour temperature also contributes to the positive impression and makes the illuminated area appear even brighter.

The compact xenon worklight with integrated X-Powerpack ballast has IP 6K7 and IP 6K9K sealing degrees including pressure compensation valve.

It also has a hardened glass pane and a housing made of fibreglass-reinforced plastic and die-cast aluminium.
