Made to the original recipes but now containing no artificial colours or flavours the product remians a traditional favourite in Yorkshire and around the country. Maxons has been making traditional boiled sweets since the 1920s. It has been owned by the Pitchfork family since the 1950s and now into the 3rd generation of the family the company still believes in producing the finest quality of boiled sweets to the finest traditions and recipes, made with the same process as when the company first began.
