Description

Spiked sandals are an evolution of the original Berkemann sandal. However, the spiky material ensures a boost in the blood circulation of the foot, as the spikes massage the bottom of the foot at each step. Berkemann already has a real classic, even the forerunner of all today's active shoes. Originally developed in the 1960s of Dr. W. Thomsen for Berkemann as a prophylaxis instrument against foot deformations in children, the original sandal has conquered everyone (adult). For the principle of muscle training and muscle building when wearing the original sandals, nothing has changed. The replacement leather straps and the wooden sole work gradually according to the principle of the lever, thus training the muscles of the feet and calves. In addition, the 5-phase sole integrated into the wooden sole supports the natural process of the foot, which is the toe-grip function, which in turn activates muscle contraction in the foot and calf. So you can see the original sandals as the world's smallest fitness gym - you can even take it anywhere.
