Directions Step 1 - Apply a layer of Natural Nail Base Coat OPI to the nail surface. This layer allows the varnish to adhere better and prevents discolouration. Step 2 - Apply two coats of Nail Lacquer, passing the brush three times with each layer: the first pass through the middle, then one on each side for total nail coverage. Step 3 - For a beautiful glossy finish & longer life of your manicure, use OPI Top Coat. It prevents smudging during drying and for a smooth and shiny finish on protected varnish.
