Product Description Hydor External Heater is a unique product in aquatics. 200 or 300watt units are available in 2 hose tail sizes 12 or 16mm. Connect to a return pump or to an external filter to heat the water in your aquarium. Must be used vertically and supprted by the hanging hook. Innovative external heater for aquariums with high efficiency and durability. Technology with protective Ptc film that avoids overheating for maximum safety.

Also suitable for external filters and sump collection tanks, it should be positioned only vertically. Complete with special eyelet for fixing, connectable to pipes and other accessories for aquariums.

Precise thanks to the electronic temperature control, which can be set between 18° C and 34° C. The heater can be combined with the Hydor Prime external filter.

Regular cleaning of the heating tube with a soft brush is recommended to prevent algae and limestone

Power 300 W. Overall dimensions: height 30,5 cm. Inner tube diameter: 16 mm. Recommended for aquariums from 100 to 200 litres with Δ up to 8° C, aquariums from 100 to 180 litres with Δ up to 10° C.
