Product Description Latte Macchiato Bottega is a creamy liqueur that is pleasantly sweet with a moderate alcohol content. This sweet liqueur combines the intense aroma of coffee with the delicate elegance of the taste of milk in ideal balance. It starts with a blend of coffee beans that has been carefully selected to obtain the ideal aromatic yield both on the nose and in the mouth. The grains are crushed and not ground to avoid excessive stress on the raw material (which would result in an impoverishment of the organoleptic characteristics) and are soaked in a solution of water and alcohol for 15 days during which they are mixed at least 4 times a day. It then proceeds to filtration, stabilisation and thus a completely natural coffee tincture is obtained, which is mixed with a sweet and velvety milk cream. Bottega's Latte Macchiato is ideal served cold at the end of a meal to sweeten the palate. It can also be a tasty ingredient for the preparation of delicious cocktails and is ideal for flavouring espresso coffee.
