This cream contains Chlorhexidine gluconate, an antibacterial agent that helps soothe and treat the skin. Used to treat and soothe minor burns and scalds, abrasions, scratches, sunburn blisters or infected cracked skin. Suitable to be used by adults, the elderly and children. It is non-sticky. Acriflex Cream (chlorhexidine gluconate) is a medicine to treat minor burns, scalds & blisters. Always read the label. Directions: Simply apply a thin, even layer of Acriflex 0.25% Cream to the skin and if necessary, cover with a dressing. Do not use in body cavities (e.g. mouth, vagina, inner ear). Ingredients: Active ingredient: chlorhexidine gluconate 20% solution 1.25% v/w. Other ingredients: Arlatone 983 S, cetostearyl alcohol, liquid paraffin, dimeticone 20, glycerol, quinoline yellow lake (E104) and purified water.
