Product Description This NRS Healthcare M03792 Home Helper Trolley - STANDARD is a household trolley designed to help you transport items around your home, it is height adjustable to suit the user. Using the trolley can help reduce the risk of falls from attempting to carry things around the house. If you have reduced ability to grip or hold things due to hand or arm impairments or conditions such as arthritis, the trolley can help you safely transfer items including meals and drinks from room to room. It allows the user to retain their independence in preparing breakfast and other meals on their own. The Trolley has a brown frame with two cream-coloured, sturdy plastic trays which clip off for easy cleaning. The trays also have raised edges which helps stop items from sliding off. The lower tray is positioned further forward on the frame to leave extra room for your knees, so that you can walk in a natural way as you push the trolley along. This offset tray positioning also means that you can use the trolley to eat your meal from once seated, as there is room for the users knees once seated. Both spacious trays measure 310 x 430mm (12 – 17”) allowing plenty of room for several everyday items. Space between trays: 20 cm Approx. The trolley is compact with an overall width of 458mm (18”), which easily fits through most standard doorways. The integral handles can be adjusted to seven height options in increments of 25 mm (1”) between 840 - 990mm (33 – 39”). The handles are slightly angled to aid grasping. The overall depth is 545 mm (21”). The wheels turn 360° for easy manoeuvrability, to avoid bumping into furniture and to aid passing over thresholds and steps. The lightweight frame helps the trolley glide over all sorts of flooring. The trolley comes flat - packed but is easy to assemble without tools. How to measure the approximate handle height you need for a trolley: Wear your normal shoes and stand facing forward with feet shoulder width apart. With your arms held naturally at your sides, get a friend to measure from the floor to your wristbone. This measurement is the approximate handle height needed for your trolley.
